Credits from refunds & rewards
Athletizer maintains an in-app wallet for each player. Credits are added automatically when you receive a refund (e.g. a cancelled game) or earn a reward. Wallet credits can be applied to future game bookings. You cannot manually top up your wallet — credits come from the platform only.

Cancel more than 24 hours before kickoff and you'll receive 100% of your payment back as wallet credits, instantly.

No refund
Cancellations made within 24 hours of kickoff are not eligible for a refund. The spot fee is non-refundable at that point.
